by O-Vortex Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Applies to the Android app com.vortex.crystalcascade

In short: Crystal Cascade has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your game progress stays on your device. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional in-game items through Google Play, and those Google services collect some data as described below.

1. Who we are

Crystal Cascade (“the game”, “we”) is developed and published by O-Vortex Studio. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at ouss.fullstack@gmail.com.

2. Data the game stores on your device

To save your progress, the game stores the following only on your device (in the app's private storage):

This data is never sent to us. We do not run any server, and we cannot see, access or recover it. It is deleted when you reset your progress or uninstall the game.

3. We do not collect personal information

The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information, and it has no sign-in or account.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads (banners, full-screen ads between levels, and optional videos you can watch for a reward) provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch the game shows Google's consent form, where you choose whether ads may be personalized. Ads are only requested after this step.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).

5. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Gem and coin packs are optional and sold through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled entirely by Google: we never receive your card or payment details. Google shares with the game only what is needed to deliver the item (the product bought and a purchase identifier). Your purchase history is kept by Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your data and we do not share any data with anyone. The only data leaving your device is collected directly by the Google services listed above, under their own policies.

8. Security

Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Game progress stays in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

10. Your rights and deleting your data

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on our side. You stay in control of everything on your device; see how to delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data; for data held by Google, use Google's privacy controls.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the game adds new features. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
