Delete your account and data

Crystal Cascade has no user accounts. You never sign up or log in, and we keep no data about you on any server. All your game data lives only on your phone, so you can delete it yourself at any time, instantly and completely.

Option 1 — Erase your progress inside the game

Open Crystal Cascade.
On the main menu, tap Settings.
Tap Reset all progress.
Confirm with Erase everything.

This permanently deletes your levels, stars, scores, coins, gems, lives, boosters, daily streak and settings from your device.

Option 2 — Delete all app data from your phone

Open your phone's Settings → Apps → Crystal Cascade.
Tap Storage, then Clear storage (or Clear data).

Or simply uninstall the game: Android deletes all of its data automatically.

What gets deleted, and what is kept

Data	What happens
Game progress, currencies, boosters, settings	Deleted immediately and permanently by either option above. We hold no copy, so it cannot be restored.
Purchase history	Kept by Google Play in your Google account (for receipts and refunds), not by us. Items you bought are erased from the game with your progress and are not restored.
Advertising data	Collected and kept by Google AdMob under Google's policy. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads, and manage Google data at myaccount.google.com.
