This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Lumen Rush ("the App"), published by O-Vortex Studio ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App saves your game progress on your device: unlocked levels, stars, scores, coins, upgrades, skins, settings (sound, music, vibration), a list of purchased items, and a daily counter of reward videos watched. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or use "Reset progress" in Settings (purchased items are kept so you do not lose them).
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner ads, ads between levels and optional reward videos. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may automatically collect information such as:
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose whether to allow them.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
Purchases (coin packs, premium skins, Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. The App only receives the product purchased and a purchase confirmation from Google Play, so it can give you your item and restore it if you reinstall the App.

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the App or reset your progress. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's policies. Lumen Rush is a general audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Communication with Google services uses secure, encrypted connections.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
